Every year in December, one song, one chapter book, and one comic (series or non-series) is chosen to win the yearly Silver Award. Runner-ups will recieve the Bronzew\Bronze Award. An over-all writing is selected and that selection wins the Golden Award. Here's how the process works:
1) The SAFC editors select three writings in each catagory available.
2) You non-editors vote on your favorite.
3) When the final tally is taken, those selected will win the Silver or Bronze award. Those who do not win either of these gets an honorable mention award.
4) The editors of SAFC vote on the writing that is to win the Golden Award, which is selected from the Silver Award winners. When a Silver Award winner has been chosen, the Bronze Award in its catagory will be moved up to Silver, and the honorable mention to Bronze.
UNFORTUNATELY, SINCE WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE ANY WRITINGS, WE CANNOT DO THE AWARDS THIS YEAR.
